Thank you for choosing BabyBump. We truly value your trust and work hard to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing Time
- All successfully paid orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days across India.
- In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to courier partner issues, operational constraints, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If there is any issue with your order, our team will reach out via phone, email, or WhatsApp to keep you informed.
Shipping & Tracking
- Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, India Post, Professional Courier, ST Courier, and others.
- For large or bulky orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages, which could arrive at different times.
- A tracking number will be shared via email (to the email ID used while placing the order).
- If you haven’t received tracking details, you can check your order status using the “Track My Order” option on our website.
Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete while placing the order.
- Once an order is manifested or picked up by the courier, the shipping address cannot be changed.
- BabyBump is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address/contact details.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a refund after deducting shipping charges.
Important: Please share the delivery OTP only after physically receiving the parcel. BabyBump will not be responsible for orders marked delivered after OTP sharing without parcel receipt.
Missing or Damaged Items
- If any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory to raise such requests.
- Our team will review the case and assist you accordingly.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Orders placed by mistake
- Size or fit issues
- Dislike of fabric/material/product
- Products marked as Non-Refundable
- Exceptions may be made only for:
- Incorrect items shipped
- Manufacturing defects
- Products damaged during transit
(Details are covered under our Exchange & Replacement Policy. BabyBump’s decision in such cases will be final.)
- Items sent back without reporting the issue and prior confirmation from our support team will not be accepted.
- Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Invoice or order number is mandatory for all eligible return/replacement requests.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Non-serviceable pin codes
- Incorrect pricing
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect or ambiguous address/contact details
- Repeated order cancellations or invalid returns by the customer
In case of prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
Payment Issues / Payment Failures
- If a payment fails but the amount is debited, it is usually automatically refunded within 3–4 working days as per RBI guidelines.
- If the amount is not credited within this time, please contact us and we’ll raise a request with the payment gateway on your behalf.
