Exchange & Replacement Policy

Exchange/Replacement requests are accepted only if the products have issues such as damages or manufacturing defects.

The items you are returning must be unwashed, unused, and have the original tags attached.

The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

Exchange/replacement shipping will be processed only after the returned item passes a quality check (must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact).

Returns on sale items will not be accepted.

An unboxing video is mandatory to consider a replacement request.

BABYBUMP can only accept full items for return. Please note: sets, multipacks, combos, etc., are considered a single item and cannot be partially returned.

When Replacement Is Applicable

  • Replacement requests are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damages, or incorrect items.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for us to process any replacement request and the following instructions must be followed:
    • The tracking ID and order ID must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
    • The package must be opened in the unboxing video; pre-opened packages will not be accepted.
    • All sides of the package must be visible in the unboxing video for tampering or damaged package verification.
    • The video must be recorded in one continuous stretch, showing all parameters; edited videos are not accepted.

Request Timeline

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.
  • Requests submitted after 24 hours will unfortunately not be accepted.

Replacement Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality check.
  • Replacement shipping will be initiated only after the item passes inspection and is found to be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • If the same product is out of stock, we may offer an exchange, subject to availability and eligibility.

  • BabyBump accepts returns only as complete items.
  • Products sold as sets, combos, or multipacks are treated as a single unit and cannot be partially returned or exchanged.
